If your plan or core flexible funding budget is managed through the PACE system, you'll need to endorse Nourish'd as your provider by following the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Contact the NDIA
To endorse a provider and register with PACE, participants or nominees can get in touch with the NDIA. You can contact them by:
- Phone: Call the NDIA on 1800 800 110.
- Email: Send an email to enquiries@ndis.gov.au.
Step 2: Provide the Required Information
When you contact the NDIA, please ensure you provide the following details:
- Provider's ABN Number:
42 167 830 793
- Provider's Business Name:
Caveman Kitchen Pty Ltd t/as Nourish'd
- Participant's Full Name, NDIS Number, and Date of Birth:
Include all of these details for the participant who will be using the services.
- Nominee’s Full Name and Date of Birth (if applicable):
If you’re a nominee, please provide your full name and date of birth as well.
Step 3: Confirmation
Once the NDIA has processed the endorsement, you’ll be registered with Nourish'd and able to access our services through PACE.
