At Nourish’d, subscription orders are automatically generated each Wednesday at 12 PM (AEST). So if you’re seeing an order you didn’t actively place — it’s because your subscription created it for you.
Even if you haven’t selected your meals, your subscription will still generate an order using your default preferences or past choices. But don’t worry — if it’s still Wednesday, you can update your order with your preferred meals.
Here’s how to do that:
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Access your account dashboard where you can manage your subscription settings.
Step 2: Find Your Order
Scroll down to locate your current order.
Step 3: Change Your Order
Click the green button labeled ‘CHANGE ORDER’ at the bottom.
Step 4: Select New Meals
You’ll be directed to the Menu page where you can choose new meals.
Step 5: Update Your Cart
Once you’ve selected your meals, click the ‘UPDATE’ button at the bottom of your cart on the right side of the screen. You’ll see a celebratory confetti animation (this may take a few seconds).
Step 6: Automatic Adjustment
The difference between your original and updated order will be automatically adjusted — either added to or credited back to your payment method.
